Founder's Circle

The Founder’s Circle is designed to help Sports Servants go to the next level as an organization. Over the past four years we have been intentional about building relationships and learning the needs and desires of our Belizean neighbors. We are ready to go deeper into changing lives and communities with our programs, but we need significant funding to do so. While this movement has grown under the umbrella of another non-profit, it is now time to become our own organization. In order to do this we have started what we are calling the Founder's Circle. We are inviting those of you who have the financial means to help us be good stewards of the opportunities that lie before us. We are looking for individuals, families, corporations, and foundations who believe in our story and want to make a lasting impact by joining us in the Founder’s Circle and making all of these plans come true.

What are our needs?

• Hiring a full-time program director who can go deeper with the development of our programs in Belize
• Renting an office in Nashville to serve as our US headquarters
• Providing funds for US coaches to serve as instructors and guides for our workshops and camps
• Building out a long-term strategy with Education and Sport Development consultants
• Developing intentional discipleship and Bible study programs
  
• Growing our scholarship fund targeting female students who are financially unable to go on to high school

 

What are our plans?

• Train 100 individuals to serve as school representatives
• Equip over 350 teachers to run programs in 41 schools
• Empower 8,000 children through school and camp programs
• Create a Belizean Youth Leadership program
• Publish curriculum for coaching training, camps, and school programs
• Develop intentional discipleship and Bible study programs
• Expand Girls Camp program across the Corozal District
• Build a self-sustainable model for country-wide expansion of programs
• Fund scholarship opportunities for female and male students
• Nurture accountability and support between school zones and districts
